Your item must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a return:

  • The products must be new and in their original packaging (unopened, unused, etc.).

  • Products marked as sale or custom cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Products are still in the same condition as when received.

  • Must provide proof of purchase (receipt).

We must receive the returned products within 14 days from the day return has been approved. Do not send the products back to us prior to approval. Goods returned without approval will not be refunded.
